Assessing
Derek Eaton is the Township Assessor. He holds a Michigan Advanced Assessing Officer certification and has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University. He is currently a Ludington resident and graduate of the Mason County Central High School Class of 2003. State Law names the Township Supervisor the Chief Assessing Officer, and the Assessor reports to him. Among the Assessor's duties are:
