When making a reservation make sure the first date in the search is the day of your event and make sure to add the approximate number of people in your party. Pavilions are available for rent May 15th through October 15th and each rental is for 1 day 8am to 8pm.
Memorial Tree Park 1550 N Washington- includes a 24' x 40' shelter building (approx 1,000 sq ft) which can be reserved for your event, trails, horse shoe pits, a T-ball field and playground. There are picnic tables inside the pavilion and more in several other areas throughout the park for public plus charcoal grills onsite. Please note that pavilions are available on a first come-first served basis only and dates cannot be held before the Township has received the reservation fee. While the shelter building can be reserved for your use, kindly remember that these are public parks and other individuals are free to use the playgrounds, water access, or other areas in the park at the same time as your event. We encourage everyone to work cooperatively so all can enjoy the facility, thank you.
Suttons Landing Park 5600 W Iris Rd- Located on the south branch of the Pere Marquette River, this park includes a 40' x 44' shelter building (approx 1,800 sq ft) which is available by reservation, a fishing boardwalk, boat launch, horse shoe pit and a small playground area. Please note that pavilions are available on a first come-first served basis only and dates cannot be held before the Township has received the reservation fee. While the shelter building can be reserved for your use, kindly remember that these are public parks and other individuals are free to use the playgrounds, water access, or other areas in the park at the same time as your event. Pere Marquette Conservation Park (Former DOW AC Park) 1560 S Lakeshore Dr- Located along the shoreline of Pere Marquette lake, this day use park includes two open air pavilions which can be reserved separately, each having their own fee. One pavilion is 40' x 60' (approx 2,400 sq ft) and the other is 32' x 32' in size (approx 1,000 sq ft). There are picnic tables inside and outdoor grills available onsite. While the shelter building can be reserved for your use, kindly remember that these are public parks and other individuals are free to enjoy the grounds, water access, or other areas in the park at the same time as your event. We encourage everyone to work cooperatively so all can enjoy the facility, thank you.
Cancellation Policy
(approved August 10, 2021)
Pavilion rental –
Cancellations made up to the day of the event, will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given if the notice of cancellation is given after the event. Cancellation refunds will not be transferred to events in future years. Reservations will be taken beginning Jan. 1st for the current year.
Hall rental –
Cancellation made up to the day of the event will receive a 100% deposit refund. No refunds will be given if the notice of cancellation is given after the event. Cancellation refunds will not be transferred to events in future years. Reservations will be taken beginning Jan. 1st for the current year.
Daily Campsite rental –
Cancellations result in loss of payment. No refunds for any reason. Reservation can be rescheduled and payment applied to new reservation for the current year.
Seasonal Campground rental –
Cancellations made prior to opening day will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after opening day will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days from opening day to the date of cancellation.
